Elm Cottage is just 5 minutes from the Red Jet Passenger terminal and just 10 minutes from the Red Funnel Car Ferry terminal.
Built in 1890 as part of a sail making loft, Elm Cottage has been refurbished to a high standard and comprises 2 bedrooms (sleeping up to 4 people) There is also additional sleeping accomodation for another 2 persons if needed however eliminating the use of the living room.
The Cottage benefits from a fully fitted kitchen/diner, and the downstairs bathroom has both a bath and shower. Outside comprises of a small enclosed bbq area and off road parking for one car.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in the Cottage.
